產(chan)品結構
技術特點
1、能使氣體加熱到很高的的溫(wen)度(du),可達800℃,殼(ke)體溫(wen)度(du)只有50℃左右。
2、風(feng)道加熱器效率高。
3、升溫(wen)和降溫(wen)速(su)率快(kuai)(kuai),可達(da)10℃/S,調(diao)節快(kuai)(kuai)而(er)(er)穩定(ding)。不(bu)會出現(xian)(xian)所控氣體溫(wen)度超(chao)前和滯后現(xian)(xian)象而(er)(er)使溫(wen)度控制漂(piao)移不(bu)定(ding),很適合(he)自動(dong)控制。
4、機(ji)械性能好:因為(wei)它(ta)(ta)的(de)發熱體(ti)為(wei)特制(zhi)合金材料(liao),所(suo)以(yi)在高壓氣(qi)體(ti)流(liu)的(de)沖擊下,它(ta)(ta)比任何發熱體(ti)的(de)機(ji)械性能和(he)強度(du)都好,這對于需要長時(shi)間連續不(bu)斷(duan)對氣(qi)體(ti)加溫(wen)的(de)系統和(he)附(fu)件(jian)試驗(yan)更具有優越性。
