風道式電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)是主要(yao)對氣體(ti)(ti)流(liu)進行加(jia)(jia)熱(re)的電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)設(she)(she)備。風道加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)的發(fa)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)為不銹鋼電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)管(guan),加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)內腔(qiang)設(she)(she)有(you)多個折流(liu)板(ban)(導流(liu)板(ban)),引導氣體(ti)(ti)流(liu)向,延長(chang)氣體(ti)(ti)在內腔(qiang)的滯留時(shi)間,從而使氣體(ti)(ti)充(chong)分加(jia)(jia)熱(re),使氣體(ti)(ti)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)均勻(yun),提高熱(re)交換效(xiao)率。風道加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)的加(jia)(jia)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)不銹鋼加(jia)(jia)熱(re)管(guan),是在無縫(feng)鋼管(guan)內裝入(ru)電(dian)熱(re)絲,空(kong)隙部分填滿有(you)良好導熱(re)性和絕緣(yuan)性的氧(yang)化(hua)鎂粉后(hou)縮管(guan)而成的。當電(dian)流(liu)通過高溫電(dian)阻絲的時(shi)候,產生的熱(re)通過結晶(jing)氧(yang)化(hua)鎂粉向加(jia)(jia)熱(re)管(guan)表(biao)面擴散,再傳遞(di)到被加(jia)(jia)熱(re)氣體(ti)(ti)中去(qu),以達到加(jia)(jia)熱(re)的目(mu)的。

技(ji)術特(te)點(dian)
1、能使氣體加(jia)熱到很高的的溫(wen)度(du),可達800℃,殼體溫(wen)度(du)只有50℃左右。
2、風(feng)道(dao)加熱器效率高(gao)。
3、升溫和(he)降溫速(su)率快(kuai),可達10℃/S,調節快(kuai)而穩定(ding)(ding)。不會(hui)出現(xian)所控氣體溫度超前(qian)和(he)滯后現(xian)象而使溫度控制(zhi)(zhi)漂移不定(ding)(ding),很適合(he)自動(dong)控制(zhi)(zhi)。
4、機(ji)械(xie)性(xing)能好:因(yin)為(wei)它(ta)的(de)發熱(re)體(ti)為(wei)特制合(he)金材料,所以在高(gao)壓氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)流的(de)沖擊下(xia),它(ta)比任何發熱(re)體(ti)的(de)機(ji)械(xie)性(xing)能和強(qiang)度都好,這(zhe)對(dui)于需要長時間連(lian)續不斷對(dui)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)加溫的(de)系統和附件(jian)試驗更具有優越(yue)性(xing)。
