風道(dao)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器是主(zhu)要對氣(qi)體流進(jin)行加(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)設備。風道(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器的(de)(de)(de)發熱(re)(re)元件(jian)為不銹鋼(gang)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan),加(jia)熱(re)(re)器內腔(qiang)(qiang)設有(you)多個折流板(導(dao)流板),引導(dao)氣(qi)體流向(xiang),延長氣(qi)體在內腔(qiang)(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)滯(zhi)留時間,從而(er)使(shi)氣(qi)體充(chong)分加(jia)熱(re)(re),使(shi)氣(qi)體加(jia)熱(re)(re)均勻,提高熱(re)(re)交換效率。風道(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)元件(jian)不銹鋼(gang)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan),是在無(wu)縫鋼(gang)管(guan)內裝(zhuang)入電(dian)熱(re)(re)絲,空隙部分填(tian)滿有(you)良好(hao)導(dao)熱(re)(re)性和絕緣性的(de)(de)(de)氧化鎂粉(fen)后(hou)縮管(guan)而(er)成的(de)(de)(de)。當(dang)電(dian)流通過高溫電(dian)阻絲的(de)(de)(de)時候,產生的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)通過結晶(jing)氧化鎂粉(fen)向(xiang)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)表面擴散,再傳遞到被加(jia)熱(re)(re)氣(qi)體中(zhong)去,以達(da)到加(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。

技術特點
1、能使氣體加(jia)熱到很高的(de)的(de)溫度,可達800℃,殼體溫度只有50℃左右(you)。
2、風道加熱器效率高。
3、升溫和降溫速率快,可達10℃/S,調節(jie)快而穩定(ding)(ding)。不會出(chu)現(xian)所控(kong)氣體溫度超前和滯后(hou)現(xian)象而使溫度控(kong)制(zhi)漂移不定(ding)(ding),很(hen)適合自動控(kong)制(zhi)。
