法蘭式電加熱管表(biao)面功(gong)率大(da),是空氣加熱表(biao)面負荷的(de)2~4倍(bei)高度密集式、結構緊(jin)湊。由于整體(ti)短而密集,故(gu)穩定(ding)性(xing)好,安裝無需支(zhi)架(jia)組(zu)合式大(da)多采用氬(ya)弧(hu)(hu)焊接方式使電熱管于法蘭連接,也(ye)可利用緊(jin)固(gu)(gu)裝置的(de)形式,即每(mei)支(zhi)電熱管上焊由緊(jin)固(gu)(gu)件。然后與法蘭蓋采用螺母鎖緊(jin)。管子于緊(jin)固(gu)(gu)件采用氬(ya)弧(hu)(hu)焊接,緊(jin)固(gu)(gu)件密封處采用科學的(de)工藝。單支(zhi)更(geng)換方便,節約以(yi)后的(de)維修成(cheng)本。
