電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)導(dao)(dao)(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)油(you)(you)爐,又稱電(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)導(dao)(dao)(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)油(you)(you)爐。是一(yi)(yi)種新型、安全(quan)、節能(neng),低(di)壓(ya)(常壓(ya)下(xia)或較低(di)壓(ya)力)并能(neng)提供高(gao)溫熱(re)(re)(re)(re)能(neng)的特種工業(ye)爐,以導(dao)(dao)(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)油(you)(you)為熱(re)(re)(re)(re)載體(ti),通過熱(re)(re)(re)(re)油(you)(you)泵使熱(re)(re)(re)(re)載體(ti)循環,將熱(re)(re)(re)(re)量傳(chuan)遞給(gei)用熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備。電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)導(dao)(dao)(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)油(you)(you)爐系統由防(fang)爆(bao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器、有(you)(you)機(ji)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)載體(ti)爐、換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(如(ru)有(you)(you))、現場防(fang)爆(bao)操作箱、熱(re)(re)(re)(re)油(you)(you)泵、膨脹槽等(deng)組合成一(yi)(yi)個撬塊,用戶只僅(jin)需接入電(dian)(dian)(dian)源、介(jie)質的進出口管道及一(yi)(yi)些電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣接口即可使用。
工作原理
電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)導熱(re)(re)(re)(re)油(you)爐(lu)以電(dian)力為(wei)能源,通過(guo)(guo)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件將(jiang)電(dian)能轉換成熱(re)(re)(re)(re)能;以有機熱(re)(re)(re)(re)載(zai)體(ti)(導熱(re)(re)(re)(re)油(you))作為(wei)傳熱(re)(re)(re)(re)介質,通過(guo)(guo)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)油(you)泵將(jiang)導熱(re)(re)(re)(re)油(you)在系統(tong)中進行(xing)強(qiang)制(zhi)性循環,使其(qi)被周而(er)(er)復始的(de)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),從而(er)(er)達(da)到滿足需(xu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備連續(xu)獲(huo)得所(suo)需(xu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)能的(de)目的(de);并可滿足生(sheng)產(chan)流(liu)程(cheng)中設(she)定的(de)工藝溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度以及高(gao)精度控(kong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)要求。通常(chang)導熱(re)(re)(re)(re)油(you)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)爐(lu)由主機(加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)體(ti)、高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)油(you)泵及過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器(qi))、高(gao)位(wei)油(you)槽、控(kong)制(zhi)柜、管路等作為(wei)一整(zheng)套設(she)備與用熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備共同組裝形成強(qiang)制(zhi)性液相循環的(de)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)系統(tong)。

1、高(gao)品質的熱(re)(re)(re)源(yuan)。熱(re)(re)(re)油加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)可在常壓液(ye)相(xiang)下,為熱(re)(re)(re)用(yong)戶(hu)輸出350℃的熱(re)(re)(re)油;導(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)油加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)運用(yong)PID自整定智能控(kong)溫技術,控(kong)制精度(du)(du)可達±1℃左右溫度(du)(du),準確(que)控(kong)制使用(yong)的溫度(du)(du)范圍(wei)內;加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)主電源(yuan)采用(yong)固態模塊無(wu)觸點開關(guan)(guan)電路,適(shi)應頻繁開關(guan)(guan),并對供電網絡無(wu)干擾(rao)。并具有防干燒。可根據用(yong)戶(hu)要求(qiu)設計(ji)添加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)油冷卻系(xi)統(tong)(tong),以滿(man)足升溫后(hou)需要快速降溫的生(sheng)產(chan)工藝要求(qiu);
2、節(jie)約(yue)能(neng)源,運行費(fei)用(yong)低。導熱(re)油加(jia)熱(re)系統為(wei)液相閉路循環,出油溫(wen)度和回油溫(wen)度相差(cha)20-30℃,也就是說(shuo)只加(jia)熱(re)20-30℃的溫(wen)差(cha)就能(neng)達到使用(yong)溫(wen)度。同時該設(she)備(bei)不需要(yao)水處理設(she)備(bei)并且無(wu)蒸汽(qi)鍋爐(lu)的跑、冒(mao)、滴、漏等熱(re)損失,熱(re)利用(yong)率(lv)很高,與蒸汽(qi)鍋爐(lu)相比,節(jie)能(neng)50%左(zuo)右;
3、設備投(tou)資(zi)少。由于(yu)導熱(re)(re)油加熱(re)(re)系(xi)統簡單(dan),無水(shui)處理設備及更多的輔助設備、導熱(re)(re)油鍋爐承受低壓力等,所以整個系(xi)統投(tou)資(zi)較少;
4、安全。由于系(xi)統只承受泵壓,導熱(re)油加熱(re)系(xi)統無爆(bao)炸(zha)危險,因而其更加安全;
5、環保(bao)。有機熱載體導熱油爐系統的環保(bao)效(xiao)果主要體現(xian)在煙氣排放量極(ji)少,無排污(wu)(wu)污(wu)(wu)染及熱污(wu)(wu)染。
