風(feng)(feng)道(dao)式(shi)防爆電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器是主要對氣(qi)(qi)體流進行加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備。風(feng)(feng)道(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器的(de)(de)發熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)為(wei)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan),加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器內(nei)(nei)腔(qiang)設(she)有多個折流板(導流板),引(yin)導氣(qi)(qi)體流向,延長氣(qi)(qi)體在(zai)內(nei)(nei)腔(qiang)的(de)(de)滯留(liu)時(shi)(shi)間,從(cong)而使氣(qi)(qi)體充分(fen)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使氣(qi)(qi)體加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)均勻(yun),提高(gao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)交換效率。風(feng)(feng)道(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan),是在(zai)無縫鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)裝入電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)絲(si),空(kong)隙部分(fen)填滿有良好(hao)導熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)性(xing)(xing)和(he)絕緣性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)氧化鎂粉后(hou)縮管(guan)(guan)而成的(de)(de)。當電(dian)流通(tong)過高(gao)溫電(dian)阻絲(si)的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)候,產生的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)通(tong)過結晶氧化鎂粉向加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)表面擴散,再(zai)傳遞到被加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)氣(qi)(qi)體中去,以達到加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。

技術特(te)點
1、能使氣體加熱到(dao)很(hen)高的的溫(wen)度(du),可達(da)800℃,殼體溫(wen)度(du)只有50℃左右。
2、風道加熱器效率高(gao)。
3、升溫和(he)降溫速(su)率快,可達(da)10℃/S,調節快而穩定(ding)。不會出現所(suo)控(kong)氣體溫度超前(qian)和(he)滯后現象而使溫度控(kong)制漂移不定(ding),很(hen)適合自動控(kong)制。
4、機械性能(neng)(neng)好(hao):因為它(ta)(ta)的發熱體(ti)(ti)為特(te)制(zhi)合(he)金材料,所以(yi)在高壓氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)流的沖擊(ji)下(xia),它(ta)(ta)比任何發熱體(ti)(ti)的機械性能(neng)(neng)和(he)強度(du)都好(hao),這對于需要長(chang)時間連(lian)續(xu)不斷(duan)對氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)加溫的系統和(he)附件試驗更具有(you)優越性。
