風道(dao)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器是主要對(dui)氣(qi)體流進行(xing)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)設(she)備。風道(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器的(de)發熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件為不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)管,加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器內腔(qiang)設(she)有多個折流板(導流板),引導氣(qi)體流向,延(yan)長氣(qi)體在(zai)內腔(qiang)的(de)滯留時(shi)間,從而使氣(qi)體充分(fen)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),使氣(qi)體加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)均勻,提高熱(re)(re)交換效率(lv)。風道(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器的(de)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)管,是在(zai)無縫鋼(gang)管內裝入電(dian)熱(re)(re)絲(si),空隙部分(fen)填(tian)滿有良好導熱(re)(re)性和絕緣性的(de)氧(yang)化(hua)鎂(mei)粉(fen)后縮管而成的(de)。當電(dian)流通過(guo)(guo)高溫電(dian)阻絲(si)的(de)時(shi)候,產生的(de)熱(re)(re)通過(guo)(guo)結晶氧(yang)化(hua)鎂(mei)粉(fen)向加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)管表面擴(kuo)散(san),再(zai)傳遞到(dao)被加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)氣(qi)體中(zhong)去(qu),以(yi)達到(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)目的(de)。

技術特點
1、能使(shi)氣(qi)體加(jia)熱到很高的(de)的(de)溫度,可(ke)達800℃,殼體溫度只有50℃左右。
2、風道加熱器效率高。
3、升溫和(he)降溫速率(lv)快(kuai),可達(da)10℃/S,調節快(kuai)而(er)(er)穩定。不(bu)會(hui)出現(xian)所控氣體溫度(du)超(chao)前和(he)滯后(hou)現(xian)象而(er)(er)使溫度(du)控制漂移(yi)不(bu)定,很適合自動控制。
4、機械(xie)性能好:因(yin)為(wei)(wei)它的發(fa)熱體(ti)為(wei)(wei)特制合(he)金材料(liao),所以在高(gao)壓氣體(ti)流(liu)的沖擊下(xia),它比(bi)任何發(fa)熱體(ti)的機械(xie)性能和(he)強度都好,這對于(yu)需要長時間連續不斷對氣體(ti)加溫的系統和(he)附件試(shi)驗(yan)更具有(you)優越性。
