法蘭加熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)表面功(gong)率大(da),是空氣加熱(re)(re)表面負荷(he)的2~4倍高(gao)度密集式(shi)、結構緊(jin)湊。由(you)于(yu)整(zheng)體短(duan)而密集,故穩(wen)定(ding)性好,安裝無(wu)需支(zhi)架(jia)組(zu)合式(shi)大(da)多采用(yong)氬弧焊接方式(shi)使(shi)電熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)于(yu)法蘭連(lian)接,也可(ke)利用(yong)緊(jin)固裝置的形式(shi),即每支(zhi)電熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)上焊由(you)緊(jin)固件。然(ran)后(hou)與(yu)法蘭蓋采用(yong)螺母鎖緊(jin)。管(guan)(guan)子于(yu)緊(jin)固件采用(yong)氬弧焊接,緊(jin)固件密封處采用(yong)科學的工藝。單支(zhi)更(geng)換方便(bian),節約以后(hou)的維修(xiu)成(cheng)本。
