技術特點
1、能使(shi)氣體(ti)加(jia)熱到很高的的溫(wen)度,可達800℃,殼(ke)體(ti)溫(wen)度只有(you)50℃左(zuo)右。
2、風道加熱器效率高(gao)。
3、升溫(wen)和(he)降溫(wen)速率快,可(ke)達(da)10℃/S,調節快而穩定。不會出現所控(kong)氣體溫(wen)度超前和(he)滯后現象而使溫(wen)度控(kong)制(zhi)漂移(yi)不定,很適(shi)合自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)。
4、機械(xie)性(xing)能好(hao):因為它的發(fa)熱(re)體(ti)為特(te)制合金(jin)材料,所以在(zai)高(gao)壓氣體(ti)流的沖擊下,它比任(ren)何發(fa)熱(re)體(ti)的機械(xie)性(xing)能和強度都好(hao),這對(dui)于需(xu)要長時間連續不斷對(dui)氣體(ti)加溫的系統和附(fu)件試驗更具有優越(yue)性(xing)。
