風道(dao)式電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)是(shi)主(zhu)要對(dui)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)流(liu)進(jin)行加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)設備。風道(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的發(fa)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件為不銹鋼(gang)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan),加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)內(nei)腔(qiang)設有多個折流(liu)板(導(dao)流(liu)板),引導(dao)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)流(liu)向(xiang),延長氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)在內(nei)腔(qiang)的滯留時間,從而使氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)充分加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),使氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)均勻,提高熱(re)(re)交換效率。風道(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件不銹鋼(gang)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan),是(shi)在無縫鋼(gang)管(guan)內(nei)裝入(ru)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)絲,空隙部分填(tian)滿有良好導(dao)熱(re)(re)性和絕(jue)緣性的氧化鎂粉后縮管(guan)而成的。當電(dian)(dian)流(liu)通(tong)過(guo)高溫電(dian)(dian)阻絲的時候,產生的熱(re)(re)通(tong)過(guo)結(jie)晶氧化鎂粉向(xiang)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)表面(mian)擴散,再(zai)傳遞到被加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)中去,以達到加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的目的。

技術特點
1、能使氣體(ti)加熱到很(hen)高的的溫(wen)度,可達(da)800℃,殼體(ti)溫(wen)度只有50℃左右。
2、風道加熱器(qi)效率高。
3、升溫和(he)降溫速率快,可(ke)達10℃/S,調節快而(er)穩定。不(bu)(bu)會出現所控(kong)(kong)(kong)氣體溫度超前和(he)滯(zhi)后現象而(er)使溫度控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)漂(piao)移不(bu)(bu)定,很(hen)適合自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。
