風(feng)道式(shi)空氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)是(shi)主要對氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)流進(jin)行加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)設(she)備。風(feng)道加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發熱(re)元件為(wei)不銹鋼電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)管(guan),加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)內腔設(she)有多(duo)個折流板(導(dao)流板),引(yin)導(dao)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)流向(xiang),延(yan)長氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)在內腔的(de)(de)(de)(de)滯留(liu)時(shi)間,從而使(shi)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)充分(fen)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re),使(shi)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)均(jun)勻,提(ti)高熱(re)交(jiao)換效(xiao)率。風(feng)道加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)元件不銹鋼加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)管(guan),是(shi)在無縫鋼管(guan)內裝入電(dian)(dian)熱(re)絲,空隙部分(fen)填滿有良好導(dao)熱(re)性(xing)和絕緣(yuan)性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)氧化(hua)鎂粉后縮管(guan)而成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。當(dang)電(dian)(dian)流通過高溫電(dian)(dian)阻絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候,產生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)通過結晶氧化(hua)鎂粉向(xiang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)管(guan)表(biao)面擴散,再傳遞到(dao)被加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)中(zhong)去(qu),以達到(dao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。

技術特點
1、能使氣體加熱到很高的的溫度,可達800℃,殼體溫度只(zhi)有50℃左右。
2、風道加熱器(qi)效率高。
3、升(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)和降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)速(su)率快(kuai)(kuai),可達10℃/S,調節快(kuai)(kuai)而(er)穩定(ding)。不(bu)(bu)會出現所控(kong)氣(qi)體溫(wen)(wen)度超前和滯后現象而(er)使溫(wen)(wen)度控(kong)制(zhi)漂移不(bu)(bu)定(ding),很適合自(zi)動控(kong)制(zhi)。
