風道式空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器是主(zhu)要(yao)對氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體流(liu)進行加(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)設備。風道加(jia)熱(re)(re)器的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)熱(re)(re)元件為不銹鋼電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管,加(jia)熱(re)(re)器內腔(qiang)設有(you)多個折流(liu)板(ban)(導流(liu)板(ban)),引導氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體流(liu)向(xiang),延長氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體在內腔(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)滯留(liu)時間,從而使氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體充分加(jia)熱(re)(re),使氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體加(jia)熱(re)(re)均(jun)勻,提高熱(re)(re)交換(huan)效率。風道加(jia)熱(re)(re)器的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)元件不銹鋼加(jia)熱(re)(re)管,是在無縫鋼管內裝(zhuang)入電(dian)熱(re)(re)絲,空隙(xi)部分填滿有(you)良(liang)好導熱(re)(re)性和絕緣性的(de)(de)(de)氧化鎂粉后縮(suo)管而成的(de)(de)(de)。當電(dian)流(liu)通過(guo)高溫電(dian)阻絲的(de)(de)(de)時候(hou),產生的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)通過(guo)結晶氧化鎂粉向(xiang)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管表面擴散,再(zai)傳遞到被加(jia)熱(re)(re)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體中去,以達到加(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。

技術特點(dian)
1、能使氣體(ti)(ti)加熱到(dao)很高的的溫度,可(ke)達(da)800℃,殼體(ti)(ti)溫度只(zhi)有50℃左右。
2、風道加熱器效率高(gao)。
3、升溫(wen)和降溫(wen)速率快,可(ke)達10℃/S,調節快而(er)穩定。不(bu)會出現所控(kong)氣體(ti)溫(wen)度(du)超前和滯后(hou)現象而(er)使溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)制漂移(yi)不(bu)定,很適合自動控(kong)制。
4、機械(xie)性能好:因(yin)為(wei)它的(de)發熱體為(wei)特(te)制(zhi)合金材料,所以在高壓氣體流的(de)沖(chong)擊下,它比任何發熱體的(de)機械(xie)性能和強度都好,這對于(yu)需要長(chang)時間連續不斷(duan)對氣體加溫的(de)系統和附件試(shi)驗更具有優越性。
