法蘭(lan)式(shi)(shi)電加熱管(guan)表面(mian)功率大,是空氣加熱表面(mian)負荷的2~4倍高度密(mi)集式(shi)(shi)、結構緊湊。由于(yu)整體短而密(mi)集,故穩定(ding)性好,安(an)裝無需支(zhi)架組(zu)合(he)式(shi)(shi)大多采用(yong)(yong)(yong)氬弧(hu)焊接方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)使電熱管(guan)于(yu)法蘭(lan)連接,也可利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)緊固裝置的形式(shi)(shi),即每支(zhi)電熱管(guan)上焊由緊固件。然(ran)后(hou)與法蘭(lan)蓋(gai)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)螺(luo)母(mu)鎖(suo)緊。管(guan)子于(yu)緊固件采用(yong)(yong)(yong)氬弧(hu)焊接,緊固件密(mi)封處采用(yong)(yong)(yong)科(ke)學的工(gong)藝。單支(zhi)更換方(fang)(fang)便,節約以(yi)后(hou)的維修成本(ben)。
