風(feng)(feng)道(dao)(dao)式電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)是(shi)主要(yao)對氣體(ti)流進行加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)設備。風(feng)(feng)道(dao)(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)發(fa)熱(re)(re)元件為不銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan),加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)內腔(qiang)設有(you)多個折流板(ban)(導(dao)流板(ban)),引導(dao)氣體(ti)流向(xiang),延長氣體(ti)在內腔(qiang)的(de)(de)滯留時間,從而(er)使氣體(ti)充分加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),使氣體(ti)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)均勻,提高熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換(huan)效率(lv)。風(feng)(feng)道(dao)(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)元件不銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan),是(shi)在無縫(feng)鋼管(guan)(guan)內裝入電(dian)熱(re)(re)絲,空(kong)隙(xi)部分填滿有(you)良好導(dao)熱(re)(re)性(xing)和(he)絕緣性(xing)的(de)(de)氧化(hua)鎂粉后縮管(guan)(guan)而(er)成的(de)(de)。當(dang)電(dian)流通(tong)(tong)過高溫電(dian)阻絲的(de)(de)時候,產生(sheng)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)通(tong)(tong)過結晶氧化(hua)鎂粉向(xiang)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)表面擴散,再傳遞到被加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)氣體(ti)中去,以達(da)到加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。

技術特點
1、能使氣(qi)體加熱到很高的的溫度,可達800℃,殼體溫度只有50℃左右(you)。
2、風道加熱器(qi)效率高。
3、升溫(wen)和降(jiang)溫(wen)速率快,可(ke)達(da)10℃/S,調節(jie)快而(er)穩定。不會(hui)出現所控氣體溫(wen)度(du)(du)超前和滯后現象而(er)使溫(wen)度(du)(du)控制漂移不定,很適合自動(dong)控制。
