大型風道(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)是主要對氣體(ti)流(liu)(liu)(liu)進行加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設備。風道(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)發熱(re)(re)(re)元件為(wei)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管,加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內(nei)腔設有多個折流(liu)(liu)(liu)板(ban)(導(dao)(dao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)板(ban)),引導(dao)(dao)氣體(ti)流(liu)(liu)(liu)向(xiang),延長氣體(ti)在內(nei)腔的(de)(de)滯留(liu)時(shi)間(jian),從而使(shi)氣體(ti)充分(fen)(fen)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),使(shi)氣體(ti)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)均勻(yun),提高熱(re)(re)(re)交換效(xiao)率。風道(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)元件不(bu)銹鋼(gang)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管,是在無縫鋼(gang)管內(nei)裝入電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)絲,空隙部分(fen)(fen)填滿(man)有良(liang)好導(dao)(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)性(xing)和(he)絕(jue)緣性(xing)的(de)(de)氧化鎂粉后縮管而成的(de)(de)。當電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)通過高溫電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻絲的(de)(de)時(shi)候,產生的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)通過結晶氧化鎂粉向(xiang)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管表面(mian)擴散,再傳遞到被加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)氣體(ti)中去(qu),以達到加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。

技術特點
1、能使氣體加熱到很高的的溫(wen)度,可達800℃,殼體溫(wen)度只有50℃左右。
2、風道加熱器效(xiao)率高。
3、升溫(wen)和降溫(wen)速率快,可達(da)10℃/S,調節(jie)快而穩定。不會出現(xian)所控(kong)(kong)(kong)氣體溫(wen)度超前和滯后現(xian)象(xiang)而使溫(wen)度控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)漂移不定,很適合自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。
