電(dian)加熱(re)管(guan)表(biao)面(mian)功率(lv)大,是空氣加熱(re)表(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷的2~4倍高度(du)密(mi)集式(shi)(shi)、結(jie)構(gou)緊(jin)(jin)(jin)湊。由于(yu)整體(ti)短而密(mi)集,故(gu)穩(wen)定(ding)性好,安裝無需支架組(zu)合式(shi)(shi)大多采用(yong)(yong)氬(ya)弧焊接(jie)方式(shi)(shi)使電(dian)熱(re)管(guan)于(yu)法蘭連接(jie),也可(ke)利用(yong)(yong)緊(jin)(jin)(jin)固(gu)裝置的形式(shi)(shi),即(ji)每支電(dian)熱(re)管(guan)上焊由緊(jin)(jin)(jin)固(gu)件。然后與(yu)法蘭蓋采用(yong)(yong)螺(luo)母鎖緊(jin)(jin)(jin)。管(guan)子于(yu)緊(jin)(jin)(jin)固(gu)件采用(yong)(yong)氬(ya)弧焊接(jie),緊(jin)(jin)(jin)固(gu)件密(mi)封處采用(yong)(yong)科(ke)學的工藝(yi)。單支更換方便,節約以后的維修成本。
