風道(dao)式(shi)空氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器是(shi)主要對(dui)氣(qi)體流(liu)進行加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設備。風道(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器的(de)(de)(de)發熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件為不(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan),加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器內(nei)腔(qiang)(qiang)設有(you)(you)多個折流(liu)板(ban)(導(dao)流(liu)板(ban)),引導(dao)氣(qi)體流(liu)向,延(yan)長氣(qi)體在內(nei)腔(qiang)(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)滯留時(shi)間(jian),從而(er)使氣(qi)體充分加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),使氣(qi)體加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)均勻,提(ti)高(gao)(gao)熱(re)(re)(re)交(jiao)換效率(lv)。風道(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件不(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan),是(shi)在無縫鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)內(nei)裝入(ru)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)絲,空隙部分填滿有(you)(you)良好導(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)性(xing)和絕緣性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)氧(yang)(yang)化鎂(mei)粉后縮管(guan)而(er)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)。當電(dian)(dian)流(liu)通過高(gao)(gao)溫電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)絲的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候,產生的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)通過結晶氧(yang)(yang)化鎂(mei)粉向加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)表面擴散,再傳遞到被加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)氣(qi)體中去,以達到加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。

技術特點
1、能使氣體加(jia)熱(re)到很高(gao)的(de)的(de)溫(wen)度,可(ke)達800℃,殼體溫(wen)度只有50℃左右(you)。
2、風道(dao)加熱器效率高。
3、升溫(wen)(wen)和降溫(wen)(wen)速(su)率快(kuai),可達10℃/S,調節快(kuai)而穩定。不會(hui)出現所控(kong)氣體溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)超前和滯后現象而使(shi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)控(kong)制漂移不定,很適(shi)合自動控(kong)制。
