風(feng)道式防爆電加(jia)熱(re)(re)器是(shi)主要對氣(qi)體流(liu)進行(xing)加(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)電加(jia)熱(re)(re)設備(bei)。風(feng)道加(jia)熱(re)(re)器的(de)發熱(re)(re)元件為不銹鋼電加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan),加(jia)熱(re)(re)器內腔設有(you)多個折流(liu)板(導流(liu)板),引導氣(qi)體流(liu)向,延長氣(qi)體在內腔的(de)滯留時(shi)(shi)間,從而(er)使氣(qi)體充(chong)分(fen)加(jia)熱(re)(re),使氣(qi)體加(jia)熱(re)(re)均勻,提高熱(re)(re)交換效率。風(feng)道加(jia)熱(re)(re)器的(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)元件不銹鋼加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan),是(shi)在無縫鋼管(guan)內裝入電熱(re)(re)絲(si),空隙(xi)部分(fen)填滿有(you)良(liang)好導熱(re)(re)性和(he)絕(jue)緣性的(de)氧(yang)化鎂(mei)粉(fen)后(hou)縮管(guan)而(er)成的(de)。當電流(liu)通過高溫電阻絲(si)的(de)時(shi)(shi)候,產生的(de)熱(re)(re)通過結晶氧(yang)化鎂(mei)粉(fen)向加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)表(biao)面擴散,再傳遞到(dao)被(bei)加(jia)熱(re)(re)氣(qi)體中去,以達到(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)目的(de)。

技(ji)術特(te)點
1、能使氣體(ti)(ti)加熱(re)到很高的的溫(wen)度(du),可(ke)達800℃,殼(ke)體(ti)(ti)溫(wen)度(du)只有50℃左右。
2、風道加(jia)熱器效率高(gao)。
3、升溫(wen)和降(jiang)溫(wen)速(su)率快(kuai),可達10℃/S,調節快(kuai)而穩定(ding)(ding)。不(bu)會(hui)出現(xian)所(suo)控(kong)氣體溫(wen)度超(chao)前和滯后現(xian)象而使(shi)溫(wen)度控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)漂移不(bu)定(ding)(ding),很適合自動控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)。
4、機械(xie)性(xing)能(neng)好(hao):因(yin)為(wei)它的發(fa)熱(re)體(ti)為(wei)特制合(he)金材料,所以(yi)在(zai)高壓氣體(ti)流的沖(chong)擊下,它比任何(he)發(fa)熱(re)體(ti)的機械(xie)性(xing)能(neng)和強(qiang)度都(dou)好(hao),這對于需要長時(shi)間連續不斷對氣體(ti)加(jia)溫(wen)的系統和附件試驗更具有優越性(xing)。
