風道(dao)式電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器是主要對氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)流進行(xing)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設備。風道(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器的(de)(de)發熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)為(wei)不銹鋼電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan),加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器內腔設有多個折流板(ban)(導(dao)流板(ban)),引導(dao)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)流向(xiang)(xiang),延(yan)長(chang)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)在內腔的(de)(de)滯(zhi)留時間,從而使(shi)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)充分(fen)(fen)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),使(shi)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)均勻(yun),提(ti)高熱(re)(re)(re)交換效率。風道(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)不銹鋼加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan),是在無縫鋼管(guan)內裝入電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)絲,空隙部分(fen)(fen)填(tian)滿有良好導(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)性和絕緣性的(de)(de)氧(yang)化(hua)鎂粉后縮(suo)管(guan)而成的(de)(de)。當電(dian)流通過(guo)高溫電(dian)阻絲的(de)(de)時候(hou),產(chan)生的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)通過(guo)結晶氧(yang)化(hua)鎂粉向(xiang)(xiang)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)表面擴散,再傳(chuan)遞(di)到被加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)中去,以達(da)到加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。

技術特點
1、能使氣(qi)體加熱到很高(gao)的(de)的(de)溫度(du),可達(da)800℃,殼體溫度(du)只有(you)50℃左右。
2、風道加熱(re)器效率高。
3、升溫和(he)降溫速(su)率(lv)快(kuai),可達10℃/S,調節快(kuai)而穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)。不會出現(xian)所控(kong)氣體(ti)溫度(du)超前(qian)和(he)滯后現(xian)象而使溫度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)漂移(yi)不定(ding)(ding),很適(shi)合自動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)。
4、機械(xie)性(xing)能好(hao):因為它(ta)的(de)(de)發熱體為特制(zhi)合(he)金材(cai)料(liao),所以在高壓氣(qi)體流(liu)的(de)(de)沖擊下,它(ta)比任何發熱體的(de)(de)機械(xie)性(xing)能和(he)強度都好(hao),這對于需要長時間(jian)連(lian)續(xu)不斷對氣(qi)體加溫的(de)(de)系統和(he)附件(jian)試驗更具有優越性(xing)。
