不銹鋼法(fa)蘭電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)是(shi)采用U型管(guan)狀電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian),依據(ju)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)不同介質(zhi)(zhi)設計規(gui)范,按照功率配(pei)置要求(qiu)(qiu)裝(zhuang)配(pei)在法(fa)蘭蓋上,插(cha)入(ru)需加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)物料中(zhong),發(fa)(fa)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)所發(fa)(fa)出(chu)的大量熱(re)(re)量傳導給(gei)被(bei)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)介質(zhi)(zhi)使(shi)介質(zhi)(zhi)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)升高,達到(dao)所需的工(gong)藝(yi)要求(qiu)(qiu)。當介質(zhi)(zhi)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)達到(dao)工(gong)藝(yi)要求(qiu)(qiu)的設定值時(shi)控(kong)制(zhi)系統根據(ju)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)傳感器信號,經PID運算后(hou)調(diao)節電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器輸出(chu)功率,對發(fa)(fa)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的電(dian)(dian)阻性負載(zai)實(shi)現溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)控(kong)制(zhi)。使(shi)介質(zhi)(zhi)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)均勻,達到(dao)所需要求(qiu)(qiu);當發(fa)(fa)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)超(chao)溫(wen)或低液位時(shi),發(fa)(fa)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的聯(lian)鎖保護裝(zhuang)置立即切斷加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)源避免發(fa)(fa)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)燒壞(huai),延長使(shi)用壽命。

不銹鋼(gang)法(fa)(fa)蘭電加(jia)(jia)熱管表面功率(lv)大,是空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱表面負荷的(de)2~4倍高度(du)密集式(shi)、結構(gou)緊(jin)湊。由于(yu)整(zheng)體短而密集,故穩定性好(hao),安裝無(wu)需支(zhi)架(jia)組合式(shi)大多采用(yong)氬弧焊(han)(han)接方(fang)式(shi)使電熱管于(yu)法(fa)(fa)蘭連接,也(ye)可(ke)利用(yong)緊(jin)固裝置(zhi)的(de)形式(shi),即每支(zhi)電熱管上(shang)焊(han)(han)由緊(jin)固件。然(ran)后與法(fa)(fa)蘭蓋(gai)采用(yong)螺母鎖緊(jin)。管子于(yu)緊(jin)固件采用(yong)氬弧焊(han)(han)接,緊(jin)固件密封處采用(yong)科(ke)學的(de)工藝。單支(zhi)更(geng)換方(fang)便,節(jie)約(yue)以后的(de)維修成本(ben)。
