大型風道加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器是主要對氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體流進行加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備。風道加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器的(de)(de)發(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)為(wei)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)管,加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器內腔設(she)有多個折流板(ban)(ban)(導(dao)流板(ban)(ban)),引導(dao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體流向(xiang),延(yan)長氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體在(zai)內腔的(de)(de)滯留時(shi)間(jian),從(cong)而使(shi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體充分加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使(shi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)均勻(yun),提高熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)交(jiao)換(huan)效率。風道加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)管,是在(zai)無縫鋼(gang)管內裝入電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)絲(si)(si),空隙(xi)部分填滿有良好導(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)性和絕緣(yuan)性的(de)(de)氧化(hua)鎂粉后縮管而成的(de)(de)。當電(dian)流通(tong)過(guo)高溫電(dian)阻絲(si)(si)的(de)(de)時(shi)候,產生的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)通(tong)過(guo)結晶氧化(hua)鎂粉向(xiang)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)管表面擴(kuo)散,再傳(chuan)遞到被(bei)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體中去(qu),以達到加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。

技術特點(dian)
1、能(neng)使氣體(ti)(ti)加熱到很高的的溫(wen)度,可達(da)800℃,殼體(ti)(ti)溫(wen)度只有50℃左右。
2、風道加熱器效率高。
3、升(sheng)溫(wen)和(he)降溫(wen)速率(lv)快,可(ke)達(da)10℃/S,調節(jie)快而(er)穩定。不會(hui)出(chu)現所控(kong)氣體溫(wen)度超(chao)前和(he)滯后現象(xiang)而(er)使溫(wen)度控(kong)制(zhi)漂(piao)移不定,很適合自動控(kong)制(zhi)。
4、機(ji)械性(xing)能好:因為它(ta)的(de)發熱體(ti)為特制合(he)金材(cai)料(liao),所以(yi)在高壓(ya)氣(qi)體(ti)流(liu)的(de)沖擊下(xia),它(ta)比任何發熱體(ti)的(de)機(ji)械性(xing)能和(he)強度都好,這(zhe)對(dui)于需(xu)要長時間連(lian)續不斷對(dui)氣(qi)體(ti)加溫的(de)系統和(he)附件(jian)試驗(yan)更具(ju)有優越性(xing)。
