法(fa)蘭加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(也稱(cheng)插(cha)入式電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器):是(shi)采用U型(xing)管(guan)狀電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian),依據(ju)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)不(bu)同介質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設計規范,按(an)照功率配置(zhi)要求(qiu)(qiu)裝配在法(fa)蘭蓋(gai)上,插(cha)入需(xu)(xu)(xu)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)物(wu)料中,發(fa)(fa)(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)工作時(shi)所(suo)發(fa)(fa)(fa)出的大量熱(re)(re)(re)(re)量傳導給被加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)介質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)使(shi)介質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)升高,達到(dao)所(suo)需(xu)(xu)(xu)的工藝要求(qiu)(qiu)。當(dang)介質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)達到(dao)工藝要求(qiu)(qiu)的設定值(zhi)時(shi)控制系統根據(ju)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)傳感器信(xin)號,經PID運(yun)算后(hou)調節電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器輸出功率,對發(fa)(fa)(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的電(dian)(dian)阻性(xing)負載實現溫(wen)(wen)度(du)控制。使(shi)介質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)均勻(yun),達到(dao)所(suo)需(xu)(xu)(xu)要求(qiu)(qiu);當(dang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)超溫(wen)(wen)或(huo)低液位時(shi),發(fa)(fa)(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的聯鎖保護(hu)裝置(zhi)立即切斷加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)源避免發(fa)(fa)(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)燒壞,延(yan)長(chang)使(shi)用壽命。

法(fa)蘭加(jia)(jia)熱管(guan)表(biao)面功率大,是(shi)空氣加(jia)(jia)熱表(biao)面負荷的2~4倍高(gao)度密集(ji)式、結構緊(jin)湊(cou)。由于整體短而(er)密集(ji),故穩定性好,安裝無需支(zhi)架組合(he)式大多采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)氬(ya)弧焊(han)接方式使電(dian)(dian)熱管(guan)于法(fa)蘭連(lian)接,也可利用(yong)(yong)緊(jin)固裝置的形式,即每支(zhi)電(dian)(dian)熱管(guan)上焊(han)由緊(jin)固件(jian)。然后(hou)(hou)與法(fa)蘭蓋采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)螺母(mu)鎖緊(jin)。管(guan)子于緊(jin)固件(jian)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)氬(ya)弧焊(han)接,緊(jin)固件(jian)密封處采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)科學(xue)的工藝。單支(zhi)更換(huan)方便,節約以(yi)后(hou)(hou)的維(wei)修成本(ben)。
