風道式空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)是主(zhu)要(yao)對氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)流(liu)進行加(jia)(jia)熱(re)的(de)(de)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)設備。風道加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)發熱(re)元件為(wei)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)管(guan),加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)內(nei)腔(qiang)設有多個折流(liu)板(導流(liu)板),引導氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)流(liu)向,延(yan)長氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)在(zai)內(nei)腔(qiang)的(de)(de)滯留時間,從而(er)使(shi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)充分加(jia)(jia)熱(re),使(shi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)均勻(yun),提高(gao)熱(re)交換效率(lv)。風道加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)元件不(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)管(guan),是在(zai)無縫鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)內(nei)裝入電熱(re)絲,空隙(xi)部分填滿有良好導熱(re)性和(he)絕緣性的(de)(de)氧化(hua)鎂(mei)粉后縮管(guan)而(er)成的(de)(de)。當(dang)電流(liu)通過高(gao)溫(wen)電阻絲的(de)(de)時候,產生(sheng)的(de)(de)熱(re)通過結晶氧化(hua)鎂(mei)粉向加(jia)(jia)熱(re)管(guan)表(biao)面擴散,再(zai)傳遞(di)到被加(jia)(jia)熱(re)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)中(zhong)去(qu),以達到加(jia)(jia)熱(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。

技術(shu)特點
1、能使氣體(ti)加熱到很高(gao)的的溫度,可(ke)達800℃,殼體(ti)溫度只有50℃左右。
2、風道加熱器效率高。
3、升溫(wen)和(he)降溫(wen)速率(lv)快,可(ke)達10℃/S,調(diao)節快而(er)穩定。不會出現所控(kong)氣體(ti)溫(wen)度(du)超前和(he)滯后現象而(er)使溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)制漂移不定,很適合自動控(kong)制。
4、機械性(xing)(xing)能(neng)好:因為它(ta)的(de)發(fa)熱(re)體為特制合金(jin)材料,所以在高壓氣體流的(de)沖擊下,它(ta)比任(ren)何發(fa)熱(re)體的(de)機械性(xing)(xing)能(neng)和(he)強度都好,這(zhe)對于需(xu)要長時(shi)間(jian)連續(xu)不斷(duan)對氣體加溫的(de)系(xi)統和(he)附件試(shi)驗更(geng)具有優(you)越性(xing)(xing)。
