風(feng)道式防爆電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)是主要(yao)對氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)流(liu)(liu)進行加(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)設備。風(feng)道加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)發熱(re)(re)元件為不(bu)銹鋼(gang)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管,加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)內(nei)(nei)腔設有多個折流(liu)(liu)板(導(dao)流(liu)(liu)板),引導(dao)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)流(liu)(liu)向,延長氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)在內(nei)(nei)腔的(de)滯留時間,從而使(shi)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)充(chong)分(fen)加(jia)熱(re)(re),使(shi)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)加(jia)熱(re)(re)均勻,提高熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換效率。風(feng)道加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)元件不(bu)銹鋼(gang)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管,是在無縫鋼(gang)管內(nei)(nei)裝(zhuang)入電(dian)熱(re)(re)絲,空(kong)隙部(bu)分(fen)填滿有良好(hao)導(dao)熱(re)(re)性和絕緣(yuan)性的(de)氧化鎂粉(fen)后(hou)縮管而成的(de)。當電(dian)流(liu)(liu)通(tong)過高溫電(dian)阻絲的(de)時候,產生的(de)熱(re)(re)通(tong)過結(jie)晶(jing)氧化鎂粉(fen)向加(jia)熱(re)(re)管表面(mian)擴散,再(zai)傳遞到被(bei)加(jia)熱(re)(re)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)中(zhong)去,以達到加(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)目的(de)。

技術(shu)特(te)點
1、能使(shi)氣體加熱(re)到很高的(de)的(de)溫(wen)度(du),可達(da)800℃,殼體溫(wen)度(du)只有(you)50℃左右。
2、風(feng)道加熱器效率高(gao)。
3、升(sheng)溫(wen)和降溫(wen)速率快,可達10℃/S,調節快而(er)穩(wen)定。不(bu)會(hui)出(chu)現所控氣體溫(wen)度超(chao)前(qian)和滯后現象而(er)使溫(wen)度控制漂移不(bu)定,很(hen)適合自動(dong)控制。
