工作原理
導(dao)熱油電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱爐以電(dian)力(li)為能源,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)電(dian)熱元件將電(dian)能轉換成(cheng)熱能;以有機熱載(zai)體(ti)(導(dao)熱油)作為傳(chuan)熱介質,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)高溫(wen)(wen)油泵將導(dao)熱油在(zai)系統(tong)中(zhong)進行(xing)強(qiang)制(zhi)性循環,使其被周而復始(shi)的加(jia)(jia)熱,從而達到滿足需(xu)熱設備連(lian)續(xu)獲得所需(xu)熱能的目的;并(bing)可滿足生產流程中(zhong)設定(ding)的工藝溫(wen)(wen)度以及(ji)高精度控(kong)溫(wen)(wen)的要求(qiu)。通(tong)(tong)常導(dao)熱油加(jia)(jia)熱爐由主機(加(jia)(jia)熱體(ti)、高溫(wen)(wen)油泵及(ji)過(guo)濾器)、高位油槽、控(kong)制(zhi)柜、管路等作為一整套設備與用(yong)熱設備共同組裝(zhuang)形成(cheng)強(qiang)制(zhi)性液相循環的加(jia)(jia)熱系統(tong)。
