風(feng)道(dao)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器是(shi)主要對氣體流(liu)(liu)進行加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設備。風(feng)道(dao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器的(de)(de)發(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)元件為不(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan),加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器內(nei)(nei)腔設有(you)多(duo)個折流(liu)(liu)板(ban)(導流(liu)(liu)板(ban)),引導氣體流(liu)(liu)向,延長氣體在內(nei)(nei)腔的(de)(de)滯留時(shi)間,從而使氣體充分(fen)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),使氣體加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)均勻,提高(gao)(gao)熱(re)(re)(re)交換效率。風(feng)道(dao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)元件不(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan),是(shi)在無(wu)縫鋼(gang)管(guan)內(nei)(nei)裝入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)絲(si),空隙部分(fen)填滿有(you)良好導熱(re)(re)(re)性和(he)絕緣性的(de)(de)氧(yang)化鎂粉(fen)后(hou)縮(suo)管(guan)而成的(de)(de)。當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)通過(guo)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻絲(si)的(de)(de)時(shi)候,產生的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)通過(guo)結晶(jing)氧(yang)化鎂粉(fen)向加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)表面擴散,再傳遞到(dao)(dao)被加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)氣體中去,以達到(dao)(dao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。

技術(shu)特點
1、能使氣體加熱到很(hen)高的(de)的(de)溫(wen)度(du),可達800℃,殼體溫(wen)度(du)只有50℃左右。
2、風(feng)道加熱(re)器(qi)效率(lv)高。
3、升溫和(he)降(jiang)溫速(su)率快(kuai),可達10℃/S,調節快(kuai)而(er)穩定。不(bu)會出現(xian)所控(kong)(kong)氣體溫度(du)超前(qian)和(he)滯后現(xian)象(xiang)而(er)使(shi)溫度(du)控(kong)(kong)制漂(piao)移不(bu)定,很適合自動控(kong)(kong)制。
