風道(dao)式電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)是主要對氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)進行加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設備。風道(dao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)元件為(wei)不銹鋼電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan),加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內腔設有多個折流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)板(導(dao)(dao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)板),引(yin)導(dao)(dao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)向,延長氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體在(zai)內腔的(de)(de)(de)滯留時間,從而使氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體充分加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),使氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)均勻,提高(gao)熱(re)(re)(re)交換(huan)效率。風道(dao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)元件不銹鋼加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan),是在(zai)無縫鋼管(guan)內裝入電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)絲(si),空隙部分填滿有良好(hao)導(dao)(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)性和絕緣性的(de)(de)(de)氧化鎂粉(fen)后縮(suo)管(guan)而成的(de)(de)(de)。當電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)高(gao)溫電(dian)阻絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)時候,產生的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)結(jie)晶氧化鎂粉(fen)向加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)表面(mian)擴散,再傳遞到被加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體中(zhong)去,以達到加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。

技術特點
1、能使氣體加熱到很(hen)高的的溫度,可達800℃,殼體溫度只有50℃左右(you)。
2、風道加熱器效率高。
3、升溫和(he)降溫速率快,可達10℃/S,調(diao)節快而(er)穩定(ding)。不會出現(xian)所控氣(qi)體(ti)溫度超前和(he)滯后現(xian)象而(er)使溫度控制漂移不定(ding),很(hen)適合自動(dong)控制。
