風(feng)(feng)道(dao)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)是主要對氣(qi)體流(liu)(liu)進(jin)行加(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)設備。風(feng)(feng)道(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)發熱(re)(re)元件為(wei)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan),加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)內腔設有多個(ge)折流(liu)(liu)板(導流(liu)(liu)板),引(yin)導氣(qi)體流(liu)(liu)向(xiang),延(yan)長氣(qi)體在(zai)內腔的(de)(de)滯留時(shi)間,從而(er)使氣(qi)體充分加(jia)熱(re)(re),使氣(qi)體加(jia)熱(re)(re)均勻,提高(gao)熱(re)(re)交換效率。風(feng)(feng)道(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)元件不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan),是在(zai)無縫鋼(gang)管(guan)內裝入(ru)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)絲(si),空隙部分填滿有良好導熱(re)(re)性和絕緣性的(de)(de)氧(yang)化鎂(mei)(mei)粉(fen)后縮(suo)管(guan)而(er)成的(de)(de)。當電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)通過高(gao)溫(wen)電(dian)(dian)阻絲(si)的(de)(de)時(shi)候,產(chan)生的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)通過結晶氧(yang)化鎂(mei)(mei)粉(fen)向(xiang)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)表(biao)面擴散,再傳遞到(dao)被加(jia)熱(re)(re)氣(qi)體中(zhong)去,以(yi)達到(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。

技術特點
1、能使氣體加熱到很高(gao)的的溫(wen)度,可達800℃,殼體溫(wen)度只有(you)50℃左右(you)。
2、風道加熱器(qi)效率高。
3、升溫和(he)降溫速率快,可達(da)10℃/S,調節快而穩定(ding)。不會出現所控(kong)(kong)氣(qi)體(ti)溫度(du)超前和(he)滯后現象而使溫度(du)控(kong)(kong)制漂移(yi)不定(ding),很適(shi)合(he)自動(dong)控(kong)(kong)制。
