技術特點
1、能使氣體加熱(re)到很高的的溫(wen)度,可達800℃,殼體溫(wen)度只有50℃左右。
2、風道(dao)加熱(re)器效(xiao)率高。
3、升(sheng)溫(wen)和降溫(wen)速率(lv)快,可達(da)10℃/S,調節快而穩定。不會出現所控氣體溫(wen)度超前和滯后現象而使溫(wen)度控制(zhi)漂(piao)移不定,很適(shi)合自動控制(zhi)。
4、機械性能(neng)(neng)好(hao):因為它的發熱(re)(re)體為特制合金材料,所以在(zai)高(gao)壓氣體流(liu)的沖擊下,它比任何發熱(re)(re)體的機械性能(neng)(neng)和強度都好(hao),這對于需要長時間連續不斷對氣體加溫的系統和附件試驗(yan)更具有優越性。
