風(feng)道(dao)式空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是主要對(dui)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)流進行加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備。風(feng)道(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)發(fa)熱(re)(re)(re)元件為(wei)不銹鋼電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan),加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內腔(qiang)設(she)有(you)(you)多個(ge)折流板(導流板),引導氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)流向(xiang),延長氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)在內腔(qiang)的(de)滯留時(shi)間,從而使氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)充分(fen)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),使氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)均勻,提高熱(re)(re)(re)交換效率。風(feng)道(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)元件不銹鋼加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan),是在無縫鋼管(guan)內裝入電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)絲,空(kong)隙部分(fen)填滿有(you)(you)良好導熱(re)(re)(re)性和絕緣(yuan)性的(de)氧(yang)化鎂粉后縮管(guan)而成的(de)。當電(dian)(dian)流通過高溫電(dian)(dian)阻絲的(de)時(shi)候,產生的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)通過結(jie)晶氧(yang)化鎂粉向(xiang)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)表面(mian)擴(kuo)散,再傳遞到被加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)中去,以達到加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)目的(de)。

技(ji)術特點
1、能使氣體加熱到(dao)很高的(de)的(de)溫度(du),可達(da)800℃,殼體溫度(du)只有50℃左右。
2、風道加熱器效率(lv)高。
3、升溫和降溫速率快,可達(da)10℃/S,調節快而穩定。不(bu)會(hui)出現所控(kong)(kong)氣(qi)體溫度超前和滯后現象而使(shi)溫度控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)漂移(yi)不(bu)定,很適(shi)合自動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)。
