法蘭(lan)加熱(re)管(guan)(guan)表面(mian)功率大,是空氣加熱(re)表面(mian)負荷(he)的(de)2~4倍高度密集式(shi)(shi)、結構緊(jin)湊。由于整體短而密集,故穩定性好(hao),安裝無需(xu)支(zhi)架組合(he)式(shi)(shi)大多采(cai)用(yong)氬弧(hu)焊(han)(han)接方(fang)式(shi)(shi)使(shi)電(dian)熱(re)管(guan)(guan)于法蘭(lan)連接,也可(ke)利用(yong)緊(jin)固裝置(zhi)的(de)形式(shi)(shi),即(ji)每支(zhi)電(dian)熱(re)管(guan)(guan)上(shang)焊(han)(han)由緊(jin)固件。然后與法蘭(lan)蓋采(cai)用(yong)螺母鎖緊(jin)。管(guan)(guan)子于緊(jin)固件采(cai)用(yong)氬弧(hu)焊(han)(han)接,緊(jin)固件密封處采(cai)用(yong)科(ke)學的(de)工藝。單支(zhi)更換方(fang)便(bian),節(jie)約以后的(de)維(wei)修成本。
