風道式防爆電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是主要(yao)對氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)流進行加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備。風道加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)發熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件為不銹(xiu)鋼電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan),加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內腔(qiang)設有多個折流板(ban)(導(dao)流板(ban)),引導(dao)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)流向,延長氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)在內腔(qiang)的(de)滯(zhi)留時間,從而使氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)充分加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),使氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)均勻,提高熱(re)(re)(re)(re)交換效率。風道加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件不銹(xiu)鋼加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan),是在無縫鋼管(guan)內裝入電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)絲,空隙部(bu)分填滿有良好導(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)性和絕緣性的(de)氧化(hua)鎂粉后縮管(guan)而成的(de)。當(dang)電(dian)(dian)流通過(guo)高溫電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)絲的(de)時候,產生的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)通過(guo)結晶(jing)氧化(hua)鎂粉向加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)表(biao)面擴散,再(zai)傳遞到(dao)被加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)去,以達到(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。

技術特點(dian)
1、能使氣體加熱到(dao)很高的的溫(wen)度,可達800℃,殼體溫(wen)度只(zhi)有50℃左右。
2、風道加熱器(qi)效率(lv)高。
3、升溫(wen)和降(jiang)溫(wen)速率(lv)快,可(ke)達(da)10℃/S,調節快而(er)穩定。不會出現所控(kong)氣體溫(wen)度超前和滯(zhi)后現象而(er)使溫(wen)度控(kong)制漂移不定,很適(shi)合自動控(kong)制。
4、機械性(xing)能好:因(yin)為(wei)它的(de)發熱體(ti)(ti)為(wei)特制合金(jin)材料(liao),所以(yi)在高壓氣體(ti)(ti)流的(de)沖擊下,它比任(ren)何發熱體(ti)(ti)的(de)機械性(xing)能和強(qiang)度都好,這對(dui)于需要長時間連續不斷對(dui)氣體(ti)(ti)加溫的(de)系統和附件試(shi)驗更具有(you)優(you)越性(xing)。
