風(feng)(feng)道式(shi)空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)是主(zhu)要(yao)對氣體(ti)(ti)流進行加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)設備(bei)。風(feng)(feng)道加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發熱(re)(re)元件為不銹鋼電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)管,加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內腔設有多(duo)個折流板(導流板),引導氣體(ti)(ti)流向,延長(chang)氣體(ti)(ti)在(zai)內腔的(de)(de)(de)(de)滯留時間,從(cong)而(er)使氣體(ti)(ti)充分加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),使氣體(ti)(ti)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)均勻,提(ti)高熱(re)(re)交換效率。風(feng)(feng)道加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)元件不銹鋼加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)管,是在(zai)無縫鋼管內裝入電(dian)熱(re)(re)絲,空(kong)隙(xi)部分填滿有良好導熱(re)(re)性和絕(jue)緣(yuan)性的(de)(de)(de)(de)氧(yang)化(hua)鎂粉后縮管而(er)成的(de)(de)(de)(de)。當電(dian)流通過高溫電(dian)阻絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)時候,產生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)通過結晶氧(yang)化(hua)鎂粉向加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)管表面(mian)擴散(san),再(zai)傳遞到(dao)被加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)氣體(ti)(ti)中去(qu),以(yi)達到(dao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。

技術(shu)特點(dian)
1、能(neng)使氣體加熱(re)到很(hen)高的(de)的(de)溫(wen)度(du),可達800℃,殼體溫(wen)度(du)只有50℃左右(you)。
2、風(feng)道(dao)加熱(re)器效(xiao)率高。
3、升(sheng)溫(wen)和降溫(wen)速率快,可(ke)達10℃/S,調(diao)節(jie)快而穩(wen)定(ding)。不會(hui)出現(xian)所控氣體溫(wen)度超前(qian)和滯后現(xian)象而使溫(wen)度控制(zhi)漂移不定(ding),很(hen)適(shi)合自動控制(zhi)。
