風(feng)道電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱器是(shi)(shi)主要對氣(qi)體流(liu)進行加(jia)(jia)熱的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱設備。風(feng)道加(jia)(jia)熱器的(de)(de)發熱元件為不(bu)銹鋼(gang)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱管(guan),加(jia)(jia)熱器內(nei)(nei)腔(qiang)設有多個折(zhe)流(liu)板(導流(liu)板),引導氣(qi)體流(liu)向(xiang),延長氣(qi)體在內(nei)(nei)腔(qiang)的(de)(de)滯留時(shi)間,從而使(shi)氣(qi)體充分加(jia)(jia)熱,使(shi)氣(qi)體加(jia)(jia)熱均勻,提高熱交換效率。風(feng)道加(jia)(jia)熱器的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)熱元件不(bu)銹鋼(gang)加(jia)(jia)熱管(guan),是(shi)(shi)在無縫鋼(gang)管(guan)內(nei)(nei)裝入電(dian)(dian)熱絲,空(kong)隙(xi)部分填滿(man)有良好(hao)導熱性和絕緣性的(de)(de)氧(yang)化鎂(mei)粉后縮管(guan)而成(cheng)的(de)(de)。當電(dian)(dian)流(liu)通過高溫電(dian)(dian)阻絲的(de)(de)時(shi)候(hou),產生(sheng)的(de)(de)熱通過結晶氧(yang)化鎂(mei)粉向(xiang)加(jia)(jia)熱管(guan)表(biao)面擴散(san),再傳(chuan)遞到(dao)被加(jia)(jia)熱氣(qi)體中去,以達到(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。

技術特點
1、能使氣體加熱到很高的的溫度(du),可達(da)800℃,殼體溫度(du)只有50℃左(zuo)右。
2、風道加熱器效率高(gao)。
3、升溫(wen)和(he)降(jiang)溫(wen)速率快(kuai),可達10℃/S,調節快(kuai)而穩定(ding)。不(bu)會出現所控氣體(ti)溫(wen)度超前(qian)和(he)滯后(hou)現象(xiang)而使溫(wen)度控制漂移不(bu)定(ding),很適合自動控制。
