技術特點
1、能使氣體加熱到很高的的溫(wen)度,可達(da)800℃,殼體溫(wen)度只有50℃左右。
2、風道加熱器效率(lv)高。
3、升(sheng)溫(wen)和降溫(wen)速率快,可(ke)達(da)10℃/S,調節快而穩定。不會出現(xian)所控氣體溫(wen)度超前和滯后現(xian)象而使(shi)溫(wen)度控制(zhi)(zhi)漂移(yi)不定,很適合自動控制(zhi)(zhi)。
4、機(ji)械性能(neng)好:因為它(ta)的發熱體為特制合(he)金材料,所以在高(gao)壓氣體流(liu)的沖(chong)擊下(xia),它(ta)比任(ren)何發熱體的機(ji)械性能(neng)和強度都好,這對于需要長時間連續不斷對氣體加(jia)溫的系統和附(fu)件(jian)試驗更具(ju)有(you)優(you)越(yue)性。
