風道式電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器是主要對(dui)氣體(ti)流(liu)進(jin)行加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備(bei)。風道加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器的發熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件為不(bu)銹鋼(gang)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan),加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器內(nei)腔設有(you)多(duo)個折流(liu)板(導(dao)流(liu)板),引導(dao)氣體(ti)流(liu)向,延(yan)長氣體(ti)在(zai)內(nei)腔的滯留時(shi)間,從而使(shi)氣體(ti)充分加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),使(shi)氣體(ti)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)均勻(yun),提高(gao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)交(jiao)換效(xiao)率。風道加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器的加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件不(bu)銹鋼(gang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan),是在(zai)無縫鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)內(nei)裝入電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)絲,空隙部分填滿有(you)良好導(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)性和絕(jue)緣(yuan)性的氧化(hua)鎂(mei)粉后縮管(guan)(guan)而成(cheng)的。當電(dian)流(liu)通過高(gao)溫電(dian)阻絲的時(shi)候,產(chan)生的熱(re)(re)(re)(re)通過結晶氧化(hua)鎂(mei)粉向加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)表面擴散,再傳遞到被加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)氣體(ti)中去,以達(da)到加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的目的。

技(ji)術特點
1、能使氣(qi)體(ti)加熱到(dao)很高的的溫(wen)度,可達800℃,殼體(ti)溫(wen)度只有50℃左右。
2、風道加熱器效率高。
3、升溫(wen)和降溫(wen)速率(lv)快,可達10℃/S,調節(jie)快而穩定。不會出現所(suo)控氣體溫(wen)度超前和滯后現象而使溫(wen)度控制漂(piao)移不定,很(hen)適(shi)合自動控制。
