風道(dao)式空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是(shi)主要對氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)流進行加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)電加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備。風道(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)發熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件為不(bu)銹鋼電加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan),加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內腔設(she)有多個折流板(導(dao)流板),引導(dao)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)流向,延(yan)長(chang)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)在內腔的(de)滯(zhi)留時(shi)(shi)間,從而(er)使氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)充分加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),使氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)均勻,提高熱(re)(re)(re)交換效(xiao)率。風道(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件不(bu)銹鋼加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan),是(shi)在無(wu)縫鋼管(guan)內裝(zhuang)入(ru)電熱(re)(re)(re)絲(si),空隙部分填滿有良好(hao)導(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)性和絕緣性的(de)氧化鎂(mei)粉(fen)后(hou)縮管(guan)而(er)成的(de)。當電流通過高溫電阻絲(si)的(de)時(shi)(shi)候,產生的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)通過結晶氧化鎂(mei)粉(fen)向加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管(guan)表(biao)面(mian)擴散,再傳(chuan)遞(di)到被加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)中去,以(yi)達到加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)目的(de)。

技(ji)術(shu)特點
1、能使氣體加熱(re)到(dao)很高的的溫(wen)度(du),可達(da)800℃,殼體溫(wen)度(du)只有(you)50℃左右。
2、風道加(jia)熱(re)器效率高。
3、升溫(wen)(wen)和降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)速率快(kuai),可達10℃/S,調節快(kuai)而穩(wen)定。不會出現所控(kong)氣(qi)體溫(wen)(wen)度超前和滯后現象而使溫(wen)(wen)度控(kong)制(zhi)漂移不定,很(hen)適合自(zi)動控(kong)制(zhi)。
