風道(dao)(dao)式防爆(bao)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)是主要對氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)流進行加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)設(she)備。風道(dao)(dao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)發熱(re)(re)元件為不銹鋼電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)內(nei)(nei)腔設(she)有多個折流板(導(dao)流板),引導(dao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)流向(xiang),延長氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)在內(nei)(nei)腔的(de)(de)滯(zhi)留時間(jian),從而使氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)充分加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),使氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)均勻,提高(gao)熱(re)(re)交換效(xiao)率(lv)。風道(dao)(dao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)元件不銹鋼加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan),是在無(wu)縫鋼管(guan)內(nei)(nei)裝(zhuang)入電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)絲,空隙(xi)部分填滿(man)有良(liang)好導(dao)熱(re)(re)性和絕緣(yuan)性的(de)(de)氧(yang)化(hua)鎂粉(fen)后縮管(guan)而成(cheng)的(de)(de)。當電(dian)(dian)流通過高(gao)溫電(dian)(dian)阻絲的(de)(de)時候(hou),產(chan)生的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)通過結晶氧(yang)化(hua)鎂粉(fen)向(xiang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)表面(mian)擴散(san),再傳遞到(dao)被加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)中去,以達到(dao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。

技術特點
1、能(neng)使氣體加熱到(dao)很高的的溫度(du),可達800℃,殼體溫度(du)只有(you)50℃左右。
2、風(feng)道加熱器效(xiao)率(lv)高。
3、升溫和降溫速率快,可達10℃/S,調節(jie)快而穩定。不會出現所控氣體溫度超前(qian)和滯后現象而使溫度控制漂移不定,很適合自動控制。
