風(feng)道(dao)式(shi)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)是(shi)主要對(dui)氣(qi)體(ti)流(liu)(liu)進行加(jia)熱(re)(re)的電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)設(she)備。風(feng)道(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的發(fa)熱(re)(re)元件為不銹(xiu)鋼電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan),加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)內腔設(she)有多個折流(liu)(liu)板(ban)(導流(liu)(liu)板(ban)),引導氣(qi)體(ti)流(liu)(liu)向,延長氣(qi)體(ti)在內腔的滯留(liu)時(shi)間,從(cong)而使氣(qi)體(ti)充分(fen)加(jia)熱(re)(re),使氣(qi)體(ti)加(jia)熱(re)(re)均(jun)勻(yun),提(ti)高(gao)熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換效率。風(feng)道(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的加(jia)熱(re)(re)元件不銹(xiu)鋼加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan),是(shi)在無縫鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)內裝入(ru)電(dian)熱(re)(re)絲,空隙部(bu)分(fen)填滿有良好(hao)導熱(re)(re)性和(he)絕(jue)緣性的氧化鎂粉后縮管(guan)(guan)(guan)而成的。當電(dian)流(liu)(liu)通過高(gao)溫電(dian)阻絲的時(shi)候,產(chan)生的熱(re)(re)通過結晶(jing)氧化鎂粉向加(jia)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)表面擴散,再傳遞(di)到(dao)被(bei)加(jia)熱(re)(re)氣(qi)體(ti)中去,以(yi)達到(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)的目的。

技術特點
1、能使氣體加熱到很高的的溫度,可達800℃,殼(ke)體溫度只(zhi)有50℃左右。
2、風道加(jia)熱器效率(lv)高。
3、升溫(wen)(wen)和(he)降溫(wen)(wen)速率快,可達10℃/S,調節快而(er)穩(wen)定。不會出(chu)現(xian)所控(kong)(kong)氣(qi)體溫(wen)(wen)度(du)超前和(he)滯后現(xian)象(xiang)而(er)使溫(wen)(wen)度(du)控(kong)(kong)制漂移不定,很適合自動控(kong)(kong)制。
4、機械(xie)性能(neng)好(hao):因為(wei)它的(de)發(fa)(fa)熱體(ti)為(wei)特制合金材料(liao),所以在高(gao)壓氣體(ti)流(liu)的(de)沖擊下,它比(bi)任何發(fa)(fa)熱體(ti)的(de)機械(xie)性能(neng)和強度都好(hao),這(zhe)對于(yu)需要長時間連續不斷對氣體(ti)加溫(wen)的(de)系(xi)統和附件試驗(yan)更(geng)具有(you)優越性。
