技(ji)術(shu)特點
1、能使氣體加熱到很高的的溫度,可達800℃,殼(ke)體溫度只有(you)50℃左右。
2、風道加熱器(qi)效率高。
3、升溫(wen)和(he)降(jiang)溫(wen)速率快(kuai),可達10℃/S,調節(jie)快(kuai)而穩定(ding)。不會出(chu)現(xian)(xian)所控(kong)氣體溫(wen)度(du)超前和(he)滯(zhi)后現(xian)(xian)象而使溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)制漂(piao)移不定(ding),很適合自動(dong)控(kong)制。
4、機械性(xing)能好(hao):因(yin)為它(ta)的(de)發(fa)熱(re)體為特制(zhi)合金材料,所以在高壓氣(qi)體流的(de)沖擊下(xia),它(ta)比任何發(fa)熱(re)體的(de)機械性(xing)能和強度(du)都(dou)好(hao),這對于需要長時間連續不斷對氣(qi)體加溫的(de)系統和附件試(shi)驗更具有優越性(xing)。
