風(feng)道(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)是主要對氣(qi)體流進行加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)設(she)備。風(feng)道(dao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)發熱(re)元件為(wei)不銹鋼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)管(guan),加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)內腔設(she)有多個(ge)折流板(ban)(導(dao)(dao)流板(ban)),引導(dao)(dao)氣(qi)體流向,延長(chang)氣(qi)體在內腔的(de)(de)滯留時(shi)間(jian),從(cong)而(er)使氣(qi)體充分加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re),使氣(qi)體加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)均勻(yun),提高熱(re)交換效率。風(feng)道(dao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)元件不銹鋼加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)管(guan),是在無縫(feng)鋼管(guan)內裝入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)絲,空隙部分填滿有良好導(dao)(dao)熱(re)性(xing)和絕緣性(xing)的(de)(de)氧化鎂(mei)(mei)粉(fen)后縮管(guan)而(er)成的(de)(de)。當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流通(tong)過高溫電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻絲的(de)(de)時(shi)候,產生的(de)(de)熱(re)通(tong)過結晶氧化鎂(mei)(mei)粉(fen)向加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)管(guan)表面擴散,再傳遞到被加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)氣(qi)體中(zhong)去,以達(da)到加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。

技(ji)術特點
1、能(neng)使氣體加熱(re)到很高的的溫(wen)度,可達(da)800℃,殼體溫(wen)度只有50℃左右(you)。
2、風道加熱器效率高(gao)。
3、升溫和(he)降溫速率快,可達(da)10℃/S,調節快而(er)穩定。不會出現所(suo)控氣(qi)體溫度超前和(he)滯后(hou)現象而(er)使(shi)溫度控制漂移不定,很適合(he)自(zi)動控制。
4、機械性(xing)(xing)能好:因為它的發(fa)熱體為特制合金材(cai)料(liao),所以在高壓氣體流的沖(chong)擊下,它比任(ren)何發(fa)熱體的機械性(xing)(xing)能和強(qiang)度都好,這對于需要長時(shi)間連續不斷對氣體加(jia)溫的系統和附件試驗更具有優(you)越(yue)性(xing)(xing)。
