大型風道加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)是(shi)主要對氣(qi)體流進行加(jia)熱(re)的(de)(de)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)設備。風道加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)發熱(re)元(yuan)件為(wei)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)管,加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)內(nei)腔(qiang)設有多個(ge)折流板(ban)(導流板(ban)),引(yin)導氣(qi)體流向,延長氣(qi)體在內(nei)腔(qiang)的(de)(de)滯留(liu)時(shi)間,從而使(shi)(shi)氣(qi)體充分加(jia)熱(re),使(shi)(shi)氣(qi)體加(jia)熱(re)均勻(yun),提高熱(re)交(jiao)換效率。風道加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)加(jia)熱(re)元(yuan)件不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼加(jia)熱(re)管,是(shi)在無縫鋼管內(nei)裝入(ru)電(dian)熱(re)絲(si),空隙(xi)部(bu)分填滿有良好(hao)導熱(re)性和絕(jue)緣性的(de)(de)氧化(hua)鎂(mei)粉(fen)后縮(suo)管而成的(de)(de)。當電(dian)流通過(guo)高溫電(dian)阻絲(si)的(de)(de)時(shi)候,產生的(de)(de)熱(re)通過(guo)結晶(jing)氧化(hua)鎂(mei)粉(fen)向加(jia)熱(re)管表面(mian)擴(kuo)散,再傳遞(di)到被加(jia)熱(re)氣(qi)體中去,以達(da)到加(jia)熱(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。

技(ji)術特點
1、能使氣體加熱到很(hen)高的的溫度,可(ke)達800℃,殼(ke)體溫度只(zhi)有50℃左右(you)。
2、風道(dao)加熱器效率(lv)高(gao)。
3、升溫(wen)和降溫(wen)速率(lv)快(kuai),可(ke)達10℃/S,調節(jie)快(kuai)而穩定(ding)(ding)。不(bu)會(hui)出現(xian)(xian)所控氣體溫(wen)度超前和滯后現(xian)(xian)象而使溫(wen)度控制(zhi)漂移不(bu)定(ding)(ding),很適合自動控制(zhi)。
4、機械性(xing)能好:因為它的發(fa)熱(re)體(ti)(ti)為特(te)制合(he)金材(cai)料,所以在(zai)高壓氣體(ti)(ti)流的沖擊下,它比任(ren)何發(fa)熱(re)體(ti)(ti)的機械性(xing)能和(he)強度都好,這(zhe)對于需要長時間連(lian)續不斷對氣體(ti)(ti)加(jia)溫的系(xi)統和(he)附件試驗更具(ju)有優越性(xing)。
