風(feng)道(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器是(shi)主要對氣體(ti)(ti)(ti)流(liu)(liu)進行(xing)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)設備。風(feng)道(dao)(dao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器的(de)(de)(de)發熱(re)元件為不銹鋼(gang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)管(guan),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器內腔(qiang)設有多個折流(liu)(liu)板(導(dao)流(liu)(liu)板),引導(dao)氣體(ti)(ti)(ti)流(liu)(liu)向(xiang),延長氣體(ti)(ti)(ti)在內腔(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)滯留時間,從而使(shi)氣體(ti)(ti)(ti)充分(fen)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re),使(shi)氣體(ti)(ti)(ti)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)均勻,提高熱(re)交換效率。風(feng)道(dao)(dao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)元件不銹鋼(gang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)管(guan),是(shi)在無縫鋼(gang)管(guan)內裝(zhuang)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)絲,空隙部(bu)分(fen)填滿有良好(hao)導(dao)熱(re)性(xing)和絕緣性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)氧(yang)化(hua)鎂(mei)粉后縮(suo)管(guan)而成的(de)(de)(de)。當電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)通過高溫電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻絲的(de)(de)(de)時候,產生的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)通過結晶(jing)氧(yang)化(hua)鎂(mei)粉向(xiang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)管(guan)表面(mian)擴散,再傳(chuan)遞到(dao)被加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)氣體(ti)(ti)(ti)中去(qu),以達到(dao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。

技術特點
1、能使氣體加(jia)熱(re)到很高的的溫度,可達800℃,殼體溫度只(zhi)有50℃左(zuo)右(you)。
2、風道加熱(re)器效率高。
3、升溫(wen)和降(jiang)溫(wen)速(su)率快,可達10℃/S,調節快而穩定(ding)。不會出(chu)現(xian)所控氣(qi)體(ti)溫(wen)度(du)超前和滯后現(xian)象而使溫(wen)度(du)控制(zhi)(zhi)漂(piao)移不定(ding),很適合自動控制(zhi)(zhi)。
