臥式真空(kong)(kong)凊洗爐(lu)(lu)適用(yong)(yong)于化纖行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)洗滌、錦綸(lun)和丙綸(lun)生(sheng)產用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)組件、噴(pen)絲板、過濾芯(xin)等清(qing)潔處理,也適用(yong)(yong)塑料擠岀行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)模具(ju)清(qing)潔之用(yong)(yong)。該設備利用(yong)(yong)高分子(zi)聚合物在(zai)(zai)300°C左右時(shi)可熔(rong)融,高于300°C隔絕空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)可裂解焦化,高于400°C在(zai)(zai)有(you)(you)少(shao)量空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)并(bing)有(you)(you)一定真空(kong)(kong)度的(de)(de)(de)(de)環境中可完全氧化的(de)(de)(de)(de)特性,先將(jiang)粘有(you)(you)高分子(zi)污物的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)件加熱(re)到(dao)300°C(根據工(gong)藝(yi)要求擬定),使工(gong)件上數量較(jiao)多的(de)(de)(de)(de)高分子(zi)聚合物溶化后(hou)(hou)流淌到(dao)爐(lu)(lu)膛下部的(de)(de)(de)(de)收集容器內,然后(hou)(hou)再(zai)將(jiang)爐(lu)(lu)溫升到(dao)400°C-500°C,同時(shi)打開真空(kong)(kong)泵,并(bing)通(tong)(tong)入少(shao)量新鮮空(kong)(kong)氣(qi),使剩(sheng)余(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)聚合物充(chong)分氧化,生(sheng)成的(de)(de)(de)(de)二氧化碳,經水噴(pen)淋后(hou)(hou)通(tong)(tong)過環式真空(kong)(kong)泵抽吸,和水一起(qi)排出爐(lu)(lu)外(wai)。
臥式真空(kong)清洗(xi)爐(lu)(lu)均(jun)采用耐高溫(wen)密封圈,不需水(shui)冷卻保護,所以,該設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)加熱(re)(re)功(gong)率小,熱(re)(re)效(xiao)率高,升溫(wen)速(su)度快,溫(wen)度均(jun)勻性好,加熱(re)(re)器(qi)檢査維修方(fang)便,較爐(lu)(lu)外帶式加熱(re)(re)器(qi)加熱(re)(re)節電(dian)不少(shao),比較節水(shui),并且,克服了(le)由于水(shui)冷卻導致(zhi)的爐(lu)(lu)內溫(wen)度均(jun)勻性差,局部(bu)清洗(xi)效(xiao)果(guo)不好等缺陷。機電(dian)儀(yi)一(yi)體(ti)(ti)化設(she)(she)(she)計,安裝(zhuang)方(fang)便。爐(lu)(lu)體(ti)(ti)與控(kong)制(zhi)柜一(yi)體(ti)(ti),減少(shao)了(le)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)占地(di)(di)面積,簡化了(le)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)現場安裝(zhuang)工(gong)作量。利用工(gong)業用電(dian)梯的容積設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)可方(fang)便地(di)(di)安裝(zhuang)到指定(ding)位(wei)置而不必破(po)壞現有建筑(zhu)。該設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)具有完整的自(zi)動化工(gong)作性能,只要(yao)對(dui)程(cheng)序溫(wen)度控(kong)制(zhi)儀(yi)輸入擬定(ding)的工(gong)作程(cheng)序,設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)即能進行(xing)自(zi)動化清洗(xi)工(gong)作,中途無(wu)需人工(gong)干預,并且有超溫(wen)、缺項和斷水(shui)或低(di)水(shui)壓報警功(gong)能。分子(zi)聚合物溶化后流淌到爐(lu)(lu)膛下部(bu)的收集容器(qi)內,然后再將爐(lu)(lu)溫(wen)升到400°C-500°C,同時(shi)打開真空(kong)泵,并通入少(shao)量新鮮(xian)空(kong)氣,使剩余的聚合物充(chong)分氧化。
