大型風(feng)道(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)是主要對氣(qi)(qi)體流(liu)進(jin)行加(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)設備(bei)。風(feng)道(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)發熱(re)(re)元件為不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管,加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)內(nei)腔(qiang)設有(you)多個折流(liu)板(導(dao)流(liu)板),引導(dao)氣(qi)(qi)體流(liu)向,延長氣(qi)(qi)體在內(nei)腔(qiang)的(de)滯留時間,從而使氣(qi)(qi)體充分(fen)加(jia)熱(re)(re),使氣(qi)(qi)體加(jia)熱(re)(re)均(jun)勻,提高(gao)熱(re)(re)交換效率。風(feng)道(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)元件不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管,是在無縫鋼(gang)管內(nei)裝入電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)絲,空隙部分(fen)填滿有(you)良好導(dao)熱(re)(re)性和絕緣(yuan)性的(de)氧(yang)化(hua)鎂(mei)粉后縮管而成的(de)。當電(dian)(dian)流(liu)通過高(gao)溫電(dian)(dian)阻絲的(de)時候,產生的(de)熱(re)(re)通過結晶氧(yang)化(hua)鎂(mei)粉向加(jia)熱(re)(re)管表(biao)面(mian)擴散,再(zai)傳遞到被加(jia)熱(re)(re)氣(qi)(qi)體中去,以達到加(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)目的(de)。

技術(shu)特點
1、能使(shi)氣體加熱到(dao)很高的(de)的(de)溫度,可達800℃,殼體溫度只有50℃左右。
2、風道加熱器效率高。
3、升溫(wen)(wen)(wen)和降溫(wen)(wen)(wen)速率快,可達10℃/S,調節快而穩定(ding)。不會出現所(suo)控(kong)(kong)氣體(ti)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度超前和滯后現象而使溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)漂移不定(ding),很適(shi)合自動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。
4、機械性(xing)能(neng)好:因(yin)為(wei)它的發熱體為(wei)特制合金材料,所以在高壓(ya)氣體流的沖擊下,它比任(ren)何(he)發熱體的機械性(xing)能(neng)和強(qiang)度都好,這對(dui)于需(xu)要長時間連續不斷(duan)對(dui)氣體加溫(wen)的系統和附件(jian)試驗更具有優越性(xing)。
