風(feng)道(dao)式空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器是主要對氣(qi)體(ti)流(liu)(liu)進行加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設備。風(feng)道(dao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器的發熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件為不銹(xiu)鋼電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管,加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器內(nei)腔設有(you)多個折流(liu)(liu)板(導(dao)流(liu)(liu)板),引(yin)導(dao)氣(qi)體(ti)流(liu)(liu)向(xiang),延長氣(qi)體(ti)在(zai)內(nei)腔的滯留(liu)時(shi)間,從而(er)使氣(qi)體(ti)充分(fen)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),使氣(qi)體(ti)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)均勻(yun),提高(gao)熱(re)(re)(re)交換(huan)效率。風(feng)道(dao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器的加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件不銹(xiu)鋼加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管,是在(zai)無縫鋼管內(nei)裝(zhuang)入電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)絲(si),空(kong)隙(xi)部(bu)分(fen)填滿有(you)良好導(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)性(xing)和絕緣性(xing)的氧(yang)化鎂粉(fen)后縮管而(er)成的。當電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)通過高(gao)溫電(dian)(dian)阻絲(si)的時(shi)候,產生的熱(re)(re)(re)通過結(jie)晶氧(yang)化鎂粉(fen)向(xiang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管表面擴散,再傳遞到被(bei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)氣(qi)體(ti)中(zhong)去,以達到加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的目的。

技術特點
1、能(neng)使氣(qi)體(ti)加(jia)熱到很(hen)高(gao)的(de)的(de)溫(wen)度(du),可達800℃,殼體(ti)溫(wen)度(du)只有50℃左右。
2、風道加(jia)熱器效率(lv)高。
3、升溫和降(jiang)溫速率快,可達10℃/S,調節快而(er)穩定。不(bu)會出現(xian)所(suo)控(kong)氣體溫度(du)超前(qian)和滯后現(xian)象(xiang)而(er)使溫度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)漂移不(bu)定,很(hen)適(shi)合自(zi)動控(kong)制(zhi)。
