風道(dao)式(shi)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器是(shi)主要對氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體流(liu)(liu)進行加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備。風道(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器的(de)(de)(de)(de)發熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件為不銹鋼電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan),加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器內(nei)腔設有多個折流(liu)(liu)板(導(dao)流(liu)(liu)板),引導(dao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體流(liu)(liu)向,延(yan)長氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體在內(nei)腔的(de)(de)(de)(de)滯(zhi)留時間,從(cong)而使氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體充分(fen)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),使氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)均勻,提高熱(re)(re)(re)(re)交換(huan)效率。風道(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器的(de)(de)(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件不銹鋼加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan),是(shi)在無縫鋼管(guan)內(nei)裝入電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)絲,空隙部分(fen)填滿(man)有良好導(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)性(xing)(xing)和絕緣性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)氧(yang)化(hua)鎂粉后縮管(guan)而成的(de)(de)(de)(de)。當電流(liu)(liu)通(tong)(tong)過高溫電阻絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)時候,產生的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)通(tong)(tong)過結晶氧(yang)化(hua)鎂粉向加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)表面(mian)擴散,再傳遞(di)到被加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體中去,以達到加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。

技術特(te)點(dian)
1、能使氣體(ti)加熱到很高(gao)的的溫度,可達800℃,殼體(ti)溫度只有50℃左右。
2、風道(dao)加(jia)熱器效率(lv)高。
3、升溫(wen)和(he)降溫(wen)速率快,可達(da)10℃/S,調節快而穩(wen)定。不(bu)(bu)會出(chu)現所控氣(qi)體溫(wen)度超(chao)前(qian)和(he)滯后現象而使溫(wen)度控制漂移不(bu)(bu)定,很(hen)適合自動(dong)控制。
