風(feng)道式電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器是主要對氣(qi)(qi)體流(liu)進(jin)行(xing)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備。風(feng)道加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器的(de)發熱(re)(re)(re)元件為不銹鋼電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管,加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器內腔設(she)有(you)多個(ge)折流(liu)板(導流(liu)板),引導氣(qi)(qi)體流(liu)向(xiang),延長氣(qi)(qi)體在內腔的(de)滯(zhi)留(liu)時間,從而使(shi)氣(qi)(qi)體充分加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),使(shi)氣(qi)(qi)體加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)均勻,提(ti)高熱(re)(re)(re)交換效(xiao)率。風(feng)道加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器的(de)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)元件不銹鋼加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管,是在無縫(feng)鋼管內裝(zhuang)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)絲(si),空隙部分填(tian)滿有(you)良好導熱(re)(re)(re)性(xing)和絕緣性(xing)的(de)氧化(hua)鎂(mei)粉(fen)后縮管而成的(de)。當電(dian)(dian)流(liu)通過高溫電(dian)(dian)阻絲(si)的(de)時候,產生的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)通過結晶氧化(hua)鎂(mei)粉(fen)向(xiang)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)管表(biao)面擴散,再傳遞到(dao)被加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)氣(qi)(qi)體中去(qu),以(yi)達到(dao)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)目的(de)。

技術特(te)點
1、能使氣體加熱到很(hen)高(gao)的的溫度(du),可(ke)達800℃,殼(ke)體溫度(du)只有50℃左右。
2、風道(dao)加熱器效率高。
3、升(sheng)溫和(he)降(jiang)溫速率快,可達10℃/S,調節快而穩(wen)定(ding)。不(bu)會出現所控(kong)氣體(ti)溫度超前(qian)和(he)滯(zhi)后現象而使溫度控(kong)制漂移不(bu)定(ding),很適合自(zi)動控(kong)制。
