風道式空氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器是(shi)主要對氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)流(liu)(liu)進行(xing)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei)。風道加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器的(de)(de)發熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件為不銹鋼電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan),加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器內腔設(she)有(you)多個折流(liu)(liu)板(ban)(導流(liu)(liu)板(ban)),引(yin)導氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)流(liu)(liu)向,延長氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)在內腔的(de)(de)滯留時(shi)間,從而(er)(er)使氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)充分加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)均勻,提高(gao)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)交換效率。風道加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件不銹鋼加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan),是(shi)在無(wu)縫鋼管(guan)內裝入(ru)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)絲(si),空隙部分填滿有(you)良好導熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)性和(he)絕緣性的(de)(de)氧化(hua)鎂粉后(hou)縮管(guan)而(er)(er)成的(de)(de)。當電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)通(tong)(tong)過高(gao)溫電(dian)(dian)阻絲(si)的(de)(de)時(shi)候,產生的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)通(tong)(tong)過結(jie)晶氧化(hua)鎂粉向加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)表面擴散,再傳遞到被(bei)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)去,以達到加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。

技術特點(dian)
1、能使氣體加熱(re)到很高(gao)的(de)的(de)溫度,可達800℃,殼體溫度只有50℃左(zuo)右。
2、風道加熱器效率高。
3、升溫(wen)和降溫(wen)速率(lv)快,可達10℃/S,調節快而穩定(ding)。不會出現所控氣體溫(wen)度超前和滯(zhi)后現象而使溫(wen)度控制漂移不定(ding),很適合(he)自動(dong)控制。
4、機(ji)械性(xing)(xing)能好:因為它的(de)發熱體(ti)(ti)為特制合金材料,所(suo)以(yi)在高壓氣體(ti)(ti)流的(de)沖擊下,它比任何發熱體(ti)(ti)的(de)機(ji)械性(xing)(xing)能和(he)(he)強度都(dou)好,這對(dui)于需要長時間連(lian)續不(bu)斷對(dui)氣體(ti)(ti)加溫的(de)系統和(he)(he)附件試驗更具有優越性(xing)(xing)。
