風(feng)(feng)道(dao)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)是主(zhu)要對氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)流(liu)進行加(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)設備(bei)。風(feng)(feng)道(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)發(fa)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件為不銹鋼電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管,加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)內腔設有(you)多個折流(liu)板(ban)(導(dao)流(liu)板(ban)),引導(dao)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)流(liu)向(xiang)(xiang),延長氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)在內腔的(de)滯留(liu)時(shi)間,從而使(shi)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)充(chong)分加(jia)熱(re)(re),使(shi)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)加(jia)熱(re)(re)均勻,提(ti)高熱(re)(re)交換效率。風(feng)(feng)道(dao)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件不銹鋼加(jia)熱(re)(re)管,是在無縫鋼管內裝入電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)絲,空隙部分填滿有(you)良好(hao)導(dao)熱(re)(re)性和絕緣性的(de)氧(yang)化(hua)鎂(mei)粉(fen)后縮管而成的(de)。當電(dian)(dian)流(liu)通過高溫(wen)電(dian)(dian)阻絲的(de)時(shi)候,產生(sheng)的(de)熱(re)(re)通過結晶(jing)氧(yang)化(hua)鎂(mei)粉(fen)向(xiang)(xiang)加(jia)熱(re)(re)管表(biao)面(mian)擴(kuo)散,再傳(chuan)遞到被加(jia)熱(re)(re)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)中去(qu),以達到加(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)目的(de)。

技術特點(dian)
1、能使氣體加熱到很高(gao)的的溫度,可達800℃,殼體溫度只有(you)50℃左右。
2、風道加熱器效率(lv)高。
3、升溫(wen)和降溫(wen)速率快,可達(da)10℃/S,調節快而(er)穩定(ding)。不會(hui)出現(xian)所(suo)控氣體溫(wen)度(du)超前和滯后現(xian)象而(er)使溫(wen)度(du)控制漂移不定(ding),很適合自(zi)動控制。
